  • Consider the elements of personal brand and how to redefine a current personal brand
  • Identify your skills and interests to develop a personal brand that reflects who you intend to be

DAY 2

Session 1: Preparing to Handle Competing Priorities

  • Discuss the true efficacy of multitasking and how it can impact quality
  • Know how to prioritize work when managing multiple projects
  • Accurately assess your competing priorities using the PERT chart
  • Identify the benefits of delegation for managers and team members.

Session 2: Needs-Based Time Management

  • Discuss techniques for setting relevant, achievable goals
  • Identify the most desired qualities of a personal organization tool
  • Recognize the benefits of focus, energy and willpower over procrastination
  • Use needs-based thinking to stay on track and accomplish results-based goals

Session 3: Establishing Successful Partnerships

  • Recognize the role of collaboration in forming productive partnerships
  • Describe the impact of finding purpose and being accountable
